1. Service Overview
My Pet AI provides an AI-powered pet portrait generation service. Users upload photos of their pets and select scenarios to generate AI-transformed images. The service operates on a pay-per-use credit system.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One account per person. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate or abusive accounts.
3. Credits & Payments
- Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by UK consumer law.
- Credits do not expire.
- Each image generation costs credits as displayed at the time of generation (currently 1 credit for standard, 2 for 4K HD).
- If an AI generation fails, credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
- Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload images that are illegal, offensive, or violate others' rights.
- Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or payment systems.
- Use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, or NSFW content.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
- Upload images of people without their consent.
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of photos you upload.
- You own the AI-generated images created from your photos and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
- We retain no rights to your generated images.
- The My Pet AI brand, website design, and scenario presets are our intellectual property.
6. AI Limitations
- AI generation results may vary. We do not guarantee a specific output quality.
- The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.
- Generated images are created by AI and should not be represented as real photographs.
7. Refund Policy
- Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.
- Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.
- Refund requests for used credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, My Pet AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is owed under section 7.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
